We at She Hero strongly believe that women in Australia are massively underrepresented and underemployed in the IT sector.
Our sole purpose at She Hero is to exclusively represent women for ICT roles in Australia. We believe that our incessant efforts every day will steadily contribute towards achieving “Parity in IT”.

$4,000 Referral fee
If you refer a female IT applicant who ends up getting placed through us, we shall pay $1000 after she completes the first 200 hours of paid work through us. Subsequently, we shall pay an additional referral fee of $3000 once she has completed a total of 2000 hours of work through us.
This liberal referral fee is in keeping with our sole aim of promoting female candidates in IT.
